Processing time Every Nightshade Cozy romper is made to order. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, like holidays and new drops, processing can take a little longer, because every piece is checked before it ships.

Delivery times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–12 business days • International: 7–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with your location, customs and carrier delays.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking link.

Customs and import duties Orders shipped outside the US may be charged customs fees or import taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll look into it. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced or refunded if they're lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Wrong address Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before your order ships.
